Some people take this as a harmless joke. I find it deeply disturbing. Many people really do hate us that much.

Of course I have to respond here because this is one of my biggest complaints of antivegans.
The worse comment I have ever received was that, as a vegan, I am only somewhat better than pedophiles.
(And while not vegan related, I have also been “accused” of, as a gun-control advocate, being directly responsible for people being raped.)
Antivegans (because that is EXACTLY what they are) “get away” with their violent and disturbing rhetoric against vegans because most other people are also challenged by decency towards animals and won’t call out bad behaviour. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen people say the above in your image but are then appalled at “mean vegans”. Don’t you just love “humanitarian” antivegans who hate humans and wish death upon them, humans they claim to respect as “humanitarians”? They always forget that vegans are humans ………………
Exactly. My sister’s been told she can’t participate in discussions because of her ’secret vegan agenda’.
Also, there’s the one about us vegans killing far more animals than omnis, by growing and harvesting crops.
Those are such nonsense, rookie arguments against veganism, like some antivegan saw those somewhere and keeps using those as legitimate points.
The “vegan agenda” is to limit harm to animals as much as possible due to the FACTUAL trillions being killed yearly.
